Build a dictionary that maps conjugate quantities to PG quantities

Parameters:

cg_comp (base.CollectionConjugate) – conjugate quantities collection each entry should be a symbol, or at least an expression
pg_comp (base.CollectionPG) – PG quantities collection each entry should be a symbol, or at least an expression

Returns:

dict<conjugate quantity, expression in PG>
